In short, we’re looking for Bay Area artisans who make cool things. Our focus is to find unique + high-quality products made by individuals and small businesses. Items for sale must be completely handmade, or drastically altered from their original state.

Please review all information below before applying.

  • Every Maker must complete an application (below) with non-refundable processing fee of $10.00

  • Applications are OPEN for Saturday December 4th - APPLY NOW!

    • Vendor Space Options + Fees are as follows:

    • 10x10 Canopy Tent Booth - $125​.00

      • Referrals - $100​.00

    • 6ft. Table Space - $75.00

      • Referrals - $50.00​

      • We do not provide any coverings or shade elements, but you are welcome to bring a stand-up umbrella that is a neutral color (beige, white, tan, or grey) if you would like one.

  • All Vendors selling food must apply for a Temporary Food Facility Permit. Click the link to learn more.

  • Due to current clients on-site, we will not be accepting vendors in the following categories:

    • Ceramics

    • Soap & Skin care

    • Candles

    • Coffee

    • Produce

  • All vendors are required to bring their own equipment necessary for set up. This incudes:

    • Canopy Tent (only white, tan, or gray canopy allowed)

    • Covering/Shade Elements if desired (i.e. umbrella)

    • Canopy Tent weights: at least 10 pounds for each corner

    • Table(s)


The success of our events will depend heavily on marketing, promotion, and word of mouth. Let’s do this together! We ask and strongly encourage that all vendors share + promote event announcements and graphics provided by The BARN5400.

Liability + Insurance

Each Vendor is responsible for any business and personal insurance to cover their liability for all activities performed at wknd fest. Insurance must cover any and all activities of themselves, attendees, and the venue partner. The Vendor waives all responsibility and liability from Old Redwood Highway, LLC.



Weather + Weather Cancellation

Events will continue in light rain or shine, but in case of inclement weather, vendor booth fees will be issued as a credit for future events.

Vendor Cancellation

There will be no refunds or credits given for Vendor cancellations after the application and fee have been submitted. Any special accommodations can be discussed based on a case-by-case basis.
